How much do you pay for rent in Vincent?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Rent is about $2,013/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I work in construction here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is better than expected. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've lived in North for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good airport with direct flights
- Diverse dining options
- The outdoor recreation scene is improving

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Definitely worth checking out..
