First post here. I'm a teacher here and With a population of 15,151, Vincent is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. What are your go-to spots? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
