Top 5 things I love about Vine Grove

Hey folks, Household incomes average around $74,786 in Vine Grove. The median home value here is around $213,500, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 6,721 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Riverside. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in legal. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
