Working in Vine Hill -salaries realistic?

Alright, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $2,628 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Old Town area are decent. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the Westside side, now on the Highland side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
