OK so The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much pricey but now it's pretty good.
