Biggest downsides of living in Vineland?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $218,200 on average. With a population of 60,692, Vineland is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective. TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
