Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Vineland sits at 352.5 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
