Planning a move to Vineyard -neighborhoods?

Hey, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $562,600 on average. Median household income is $100,022, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much manageable but now it's pretty good.
