Homes are going for about $92,200 on average. Poverty rate is 22.3%, which is higher than I expected. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development.
