Housing market in Viola right now

Hi all, Median household income is $95,383, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $1,006,700, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think?

First post here. I'm a teacher here and With a population of 7,470, Viola is a small town. You can expect to pay around $2,036 for rent here. Homes are going for about $1,006,700 on average. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Night life is decent if you know the right spots...
