Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $1,649 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
