What I love about living in Virginia Beach

I've been living in Virginia Beach, VA for 10 years now and honestly, there's a lot to love. People are genuinely friendly here. Lots of local events and festivals. The community here is solid and supportive. If you're thinking about moving here, feel free to ask me anything.

Weather is the biggest factor for us. Four seasons are nice, not too extreme either way.

If you can afford it, Cedar Hills is the best place to live. Period.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

Totally agree with this. I've been here 14 years and my experience is very similar.
