Co-working spaces in Visalia?

So, Just moved here 1 months ago and It's a a mid-size city city with about 143K people. The median home value here is around $340,600, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective. Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Maple Ridge area are underrated. Kids love it here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in North. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I've lived in Greenfield for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Active local events and festivals
- Affordable housing options
- The public transit scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Good luck with whatever you decide..
