OK so Just moved here 14 months ago and Homes are going for about $340,600 on average. Household incomes average around $79,952 in Visalia. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
