Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 65°F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $79,952 in Visalia. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Visalia? Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
