Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $674,400 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Vista sits at 346.3 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
