Best apartments in Vista under ?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 7.1%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Vista sits at 346.3 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
