Hi all, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $2,148/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $2,148 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
