So, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 98,646 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers.

I work in consulting here and the quality of life is solid. The job market for my field is decent. Feel free to reach out with questions..

I've lived in Eastside for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Lots of new development happening
- The job market scene is decent
The downsides:
- Bugs and humidity in summer
- Far from beaches/mountains
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. Hope this helps!.
