Best industries in Vista Center right now

First post here. I'm a college student here and With a population of 2,235, Vista Center is a small town. Homes are going for about $576,600 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Vista Center? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value weather, you'll love it. The traffic is genuinely challenging and I've found the quality of life is solid. My neighborhood (Maple Ridge) is wild and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Miami, be prepared for the culture shock. walkability is completely different here. And Property taxes are high.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
