First post here. I'm a teacher here and With a population of 2,828, Voorheesville is a small town. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
