Been living here since 2015. The unemployment rate is 10.8%, which is concerning. Average temperature is around 78--F, so it's warm year-round. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.
I've been here 15 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
