Weekend activities in Waco?

Hey folks, The median home value here is around $199,600, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 142K, Waco is a mid-size city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I overthinking this? Thanks!
