Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $718 for rent here. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cheers. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
