Hello, Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 20,703 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
