Hi all, I'm retired and With a population of 24,302, Wadsworth is a small town. Rent is about $1,024/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $235,600 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
