I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $1,417/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $59,566 in Waggaman. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
