Cost of living reality check -Wagoner
Hey everyone, I'm originally from Portland and Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 7,934 people. Household incomes average around $58,206 in Wagoner. Poverty rate is 7.1%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
