Wahiawa quality of life -am I missing something?
Longtime lurker here, Homes are going for about $716,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development.
