How is the nightlife in Wahoo?

Been living here since 2015. Rent is about $913/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $227,100, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $227,100 on average. Poverty rate is 9.8%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The safety is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
