Considering Waianae vs Dallas -help me decide

So, Been living here since 2006. You can expect to pay around $1,307 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 12,907 people. Poverty rate is 12.0%, which is around average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community vibe is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Sunset area are pretty good. Kids love it here.
