Hey everyone, Been living here since 2010. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $487,200 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
