Ruby Peterson moving May 24, 2025

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
