Best coffee shops in Waihee-Waiehu?

My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,224/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
