Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $2,224 for rent here. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Cheers. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
