I've been here for 12 years and Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots? Cheers. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development.
