Is Waikoloa Village worth moving to in 2026?

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $674,100, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this?

Commute times in Waikoloa Village -how bad?

First post here. It's a a small town city with about 7,028 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
