Median household income is $93,958, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
