Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Waimalu sits at 232.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $597,700 on average. It's a a small town city with about 14,176 people. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
