Moving to Waimea CDP (Hawaii County) for work -advice?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $2,039/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $89,268 in Waimea CDP (Hawaii County). I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
