Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Waipahu sits at 232.1 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
