Dog-friendly places in Waipahu?

Hey, I'm originally from Albuquerque and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
