Planning a move to Waipahu -neighborhoods?

Hey, Median household income is $98,633, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 39,871, Waipahu is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do?

Came here for school and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The public transit is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
