Curious what people think. I'm single, late 20s, and Rent is about $2,248/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
