Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2006. Rent is about $1,214/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
