I'm retired and Homes are going for about $435,000 on average. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
