Commute times in Wake Forest -how bad?

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and The median home value here is around $435,000, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $435,000 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Miami it's challenging.
