First post here. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's improved dramatically in recent years. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
