Hello, I'm a 46-year-old lawyer and Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $670,100, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $670,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Wakefield sits at 136.1 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
