Wakefield is underrated, change my mind

Hello, I work in healthcare and Household incomes average around $130,320 in Wakefield. Crime rate is something to consider -Wakefield sits at 136.1 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cheers. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Eastside area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
